When it comes to parental leave, our goal is to create family-friendly arrangements. We offer 13 weeks of paid maternity leave with the option for it to be paid out over a 26-week period. Primary caregivers can access up to 52 weeks of leave, with the option to request a further 52 weeks. We also maintain superannuation contributions for the first 52 weeks leave. To extend our supportive culture, this policy also covers inclusive family leave options such as adoption, surrogacy and foster care.

We offer paid leave to employees undergoing fertility treatment, in recognition of the challenges they may face on during this process. We offer five days of paid leave per year for treatments such as embryo transfers. Those supporting a partner going through fertility treatment can also access two days of paid leave.

We proudly offer flexible support to members of our team seeking to affirm their gender. We offer up to 10 days of special leave to help support them during their transition or affirmation journey.

To help our team members stay healthy, we offer fully-funded vaccinations ahead of the yearly flu season.

One of the ways we help our staff stay healthy is by offering confidential health assessments with focuses such as heart health and skin checks. The assessments involve a one-on-one consultation with a qualified health professional.
