Team members and external speakers present to the wider company, raising awareness around cultural heritage and traditions that form part of everyday lives of those within our vibrant community. We proudly celebrate Māori Language Week to bolster education around Māori culture.

Our commitment to gender diversity extends to our senior management team, where 30% of positions are held by women. We continue to work toward gender parity across the entire business.

The network hosts regular workshops, key date celebrations and events for team members, their family and friends. It is a goal for Liberty to continue working toward greater LGBTQIA+ awareness, advocacy and impact.
